Mark 16:15
Sabbath
The seventh day of the week, observed as the day of rest and worship by the Jews and some Christian sects. The first day of the week, Sunday, observed as the day of rest and worship by most Christians.
Sabbath is one of the most important commandments of the ten. It is a part of those commandments related to our relationship with and our worship of God. It is also the commandment chosen to be the “sign” of the entire Mosaic Covenant (Exodus 31:13). A violation of this commandment is to result in the death penalty (Exodus 31:14).
Last, learning the meaning of the Sabbath will provide us with a most valuable lesson in how to study, interpret, and apply the Scriptures.

The spirit inside you is who you are, your physical body is a covering that proctect the real you. You are a spirit, don't forget that, Jesus warn us to care more about the things we do not see, than the things we can see with our physical eyes.
In as much as your physical body demands food daily, so as your spiritual being needed to be fed through God's Word, Jesus said; "Man shall not leave by bread only but every word that comes out of God word", the bible.
