DO YOU KNOW?
Eagles can fly up to 10000 feet in the air. They are able to fly so much higher than allot of other birds because of their wing span and because they are much stronger birds than others.

According to IUB.edu, eagles' wings have three types of feathers, which help them fly with less effort. Covert feathers add front-end thickness, forcing air up and over the wing. Primaries spread apart reducing friction, and secondary feathers move up and down lessening drag.

FLYING FEATHERS
The baby becomes a fledgling when its fluffy baby down is replaced by flying feathers around the age of two months. At this time the eaglet begins to stretch its wings, as it feels the billowing wind, and may drift above the nest for a short time.

PARENTAL INFLUENCE
Parents try to persuade the fledgling to fly by hovering above the nest flapping their wings in encouragement. If the baby still refuses to fly, a parent entices it by holding food just out of reach, according to BaldEagleInfo.com. some time some prayers unanswered means God want us to learn a certain lessons.

DEVELOPING MUSCLES
Although eagles are born with the instinct to fly, it still takes practice the bible said the scripture are for our examples and lesson to fly like eagles. Success comes as baby fat turns to powerful muscle, but the eaglet will not leave the nest to hunt alone until age 4 to 6 months.

EAGLE METHOD OF MENTORING (Deut 32:11-12 NKJV)
As an eagle stirs up its nest, hovers over its young, spreading out its wings, taking them up, carrying them on its wings, so the LORD alone led him, and there was no foreign god with him. As most of you know, eagles have been classified in the prophetic world as being symbolic of the prophetic.

I did some research about eagles and was surprised with how the information related with our training up as Christians and also the prophetic gifting. Jesus mentored his disciples and the job they did was fascinating that Peters shadow are healing sick people, you can do the same if you know the formula.

 IMPRINTING - BONDING WITH WHAT MOVES
Did you know that eagles must LEARN to fly and hunt and are taught by OBSERVING their parents? These skills are not natural like some of God’s creatures. However, eagles are born with a different nature called imprinting.

WHAT IS AN IMPRINTING?
A learning process in early life, whereby species specific patterns of behaviour are established.  Eaglets learn to fly by watching their parents. According to the American Eagle Foundation, eaglets go through the process of imprinting, which means they become attached to the first moving object seen, usually between nine days and six weeks of age.

From that first moment of imprinting, they follow their moving parent, until raised. It is interesting that Paul said, "Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ." 1 Cor. 11:1)
